2nd Course

Parmesan Encrusted Cod over sauteed spinach, tomato, asparagus, artichokes and vegetable nage

Pan Seared Organic Salmon with cauliflower puree with roasted cauliflower, red onions and apple cider vinaigrette

Skate Wing en Papillote julienne vegetables with spicy Thai marinade and basmati rice

Shrimp & Vegetable "Linquine" (No Pasta!) shrimp, julienne of squash, zucchini and carrots with tomatoes, garlic, pancetta (optional), fish stock and olive oil

French Cut Chicken Breast over mushroom risotto and chicken au jus

Coconut Flan with Lady Fingers (GF option available)

Berry Napoleon

Profiteroles with chocolate sauce and kit kat ice cream
