2nd Course

EFG Fish Bowl shrimp, crispy shallots, sticky rice, seaweed salad, fish roe, avocado, cucumber, sesame seeds, pickled ginger and a dollop of wasabi

Parmesan Encrusted Cod over sautéed spinach, tomatoes, asparagus, artichokes and vegetable nage

Market Fish over Risotto Tomato Fondu with porcini mushroom emulsion and truffle oil essence

French Cut Chicken Breast over wild mushroom risotto and chicken au jus
